Each plan has a maximum number of users and monthly shipments included. If you’re on the Basic Plan, this includes 500 shipments per month. If you track 550 packages one month, we’ll automatically add 100 * $0.07 ($7) to your monthly payment. You can add additional users for $5 per user per month.
