Track Nexive shipments

Poste Italiane has completed the acquisition of Nexive, the group of financial firms. Following the decisions of the board of directors and the signing of the preliminary agreement announced on November 16, 2020, Poste Italiane SpA has announced that the company, through the acquisition of Nexive Group Srl (“Nexive”), has reached an agreement with Mutares Holding - 32 GmbH and PostNL European Mail Holdings BV.
