Over 50 years of expertise and 13,000 trucking companies strong, R+L Carriers is privately owned by the Roberts family, and has evolved from one small trucking business to a 13,000-employee freight transportation corporation. Ralph L. "Larry" Roberts I started the business in 1965 while he was hauling furniture with his truck. In the 1980s, R+L Transfers started, which gave rise to R+L Global today.
