Since Thailand Post was founded in 1977, the company has been considered the premier provider of postal and telegraph services. After its 2003 split, Thai Post Company Ltd. and CAT Telecom Public Company Ltd. took control of the company. Today, the Thai Postal Service serves mail and e-commerce logistics in over 1,000 post offices throughout the country that adhere to international standards.
